The main advantages of our anti-warping flat-jaw vises include high-precision clamping, uniform force distribution, multi-functional adaptability, and operational safety. They are particularly effective in precision machining, significantly reducing workpiece deformation and improving clamping stability.
High-Precision Clamping: Utilizing a precision-ground parallel jaw design and high-hardness alloy steel, parallelism is guaranteed to be at the ±0.01mm level. For example, a certain brand of precision flat-jaw vises achieved a measured parallelism of only 0.008mm when clamping a 50mm gauge block, far exceeding the 0.05mm accuracy of ordinary bench vises.
Uniform Force Distribution and Deformation Prevention: Simultaneous clamping with dual jaws ensures uniform pressure distribution, preventing workpiece warping. Experimental data shows that when clamping thin-walled aluminum tubes, the deformation of the anti-warping flat-jaw vises is only 1/3 that of ordinary bench vises.
